Lords of Acid Kryptoverse is a collection of digital artworks (NFTs) running on the Cardano network operated by Digital Syndicate and the artists Lords of Acid and Karl Kotas Inc. This website is only an interface allowing participants to buy digital collectibles. Users are entirely responsible for the safety and management of their own private Cardano wallets and validating all transactions and contracts generated by this website before approval. Furthermore, as the Lords of Acid Kryptoverse runs on the Cardano network, there is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions. All sales are final and there are no refunds.

By purchasing NFTs on this website you acknowledge that the visual artwork is copyright by ©Karl Kotas Inc and ©Lords of Acid owns all rights to its name and music. This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by the aforementioned artists. All artwork, music, graphics and logos used in connection with this website and services, are protected by copyright of the Operator or its licensors. Your use of the Website and Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any of the Operator copyrighted property.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Operator and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with or arising from any third party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands asserted against any of them as a result of or relating to your Content, your use of the Website and Services or any willful misconduct on your part.
